Short Build Times
Conventional home builds takes an average of six months to build, start to finish. Modulars can be completed in as little as two weeks, or up to three months.

How it works
Our process is designed to be efficient and enjoyable as we support you every step of the way during this exciting purchase.
Share your Vision
Meet our family at our Home Centre and share your vision of a Modular home. We’ll walk you through what to expect, including how it compares to standard construction.
Design plans and options
We make the Modular home design process easy.
1. Select your desired floor plan.
2. select from one of our pre-made design kits. Looking for customizations? Just ask!
We'll guide you through functional details, such as heating. Lastly, we’ll talk build and delivery timelines before providing a quote and plan for you to approve.
Site preparation
Once approved, your Modular home will go into production.
We'll visit your home site and can provide quotes to prep the space as needed; anything from clearing trees to building a foundation, putting in septic and more.
Delivery and assembly
Once ready for delivery, your modular is loaded onto a truck and sent to your location where it is assembled and sealed on site. We then do a walk through to review the details of the home ensuring everything is in tip top shape before handing over the keys for you to enjoy!

From Build to Delivery
Our Modulars are built in controlled conditions right here on the Island. No rain delays, no weather damage, no guesswork. The result? Homes built faster, stronger, and with energy efficiency that keeps your bills in check. Every model meets national building codes, island seismic ratings and is ready for any island climate.
Before delivery, we prep your site—clearing land, building a foundation, or setting up a cribbing tie-down. Whatever your lot needs.
Once your Modular is finished, we truck it out, place it on your property, and button up every last detail, from electrical to sewage, until it’s move-in ready.
